HARISSA
Kashmir Valley Delicacy. Tender whole mutton leg, slow-cooked with black cardamom, cinnamon, and cumin. Shredded and blended with a traditional wooden pestle, then finished with onions tempered in ghee and succulent lamb kebabs. (Contains rice flour)
